You must have your passport, flight and hotel details prior to completing the eTicket Required form for entry to and exit from Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

– Check-in is at 3 pm and check out is at 12 pm.
– The resort will secure your bags for those who arrive early or have a late checkout.
– Currently there is no hold placed on a credit card at check-in. However, you may incur a nightly hold if using a debit card.

Butler Service
Before your arrival
Leading up to your visit, you can get in touch with an eButler who will help customize your experience: they’ll arrange dinner reservations, leave a complimentary bottle of liquor of your choice in your room, etc. You can also enhance your stay by booking premium experiences (currently closed).
During your stay
Your assigned butler will be at your full disposal throughout your stay, tailoring your experience to your wants and needs. They’ll provide information about daily activities and entertainment, book you a table at your preferred restaurant, coordinate your transfers, and much more.
Dining Options
There are over 20 dining options with options to book reservations upon arrival. This can be done directly or with your Butler.
– Options for breakfast are available from 7-11am
– Lunch is available from 12-4pm
– Dinner options are open from 5:45-10pm
– Bites available between lunch and dinner
– Complimentary in-suite dining is available 24/7

Friendship Matters Experience Excursion
I’ve selected the Saona Island Boat Tour which gives us a full day experience that includes food, music, activities, open bar and more for $90+ taxes/fees pp. (This one’s gives us the most for our money, especially since the 3.5 hour tour is $85 pp.)

As you know, this being both the Friendship Matters Experience and your vacation, we dare not take up all of your time. The only commitment is the one excursion and a dinner night!
